IF AEROSPACE IS YOUR PASSION!
Each year since 1999, some 15 students enrolled in the Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering have elected the Virtual Environment Option.
The Virtual Environment Option is a 12 credit program, which involves course work and case studies tied together through a coherent learning strategy. Students choosing the VE Option work in facilities designed specially for them, in a simulated multi-site virtual environment, and in integrated product development teams. Courses are supervised by engineers from participating companies: Bell Helicopter Textron, Bombardier and Pratt & Whitney Canada.
The Virtual Environment Option is offered to students registered in the Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering in one of these participating universities: École de technologie supérieure, École Polytechnique, Concordia University, McGill University, Université Laval and Université de Sherbrooke.
"The Virtual Environment Option integrates students more rapidly into the engineering environment of virtual enterprises, where products are designed, tested, developed, and manufactured using digital technologies."
